Assemble the Tank (cont)...

The "glue" used on the acrylic is actually a solvent and it literaly melts the pieces together. Once bonded, I know of no way to seperate two pieces of acrylic without ruining both of them. Be careful!

Carefully lay the tank on its face. Use the applicator to apply the solvent to the seam along each side of the front of the tank.

Move the first two clamps down the front of the tank to the next section. Leave the clamp on the back alone.

Apply the solvent to the seams on this section.

Move the first two clamps on the previous section to the bottom the the tank. Apply the solvent to the seams on the bottom.

Move the first two clamps on the previous section to the back of the tank. Apply the solvent to the seams on the back.

Remove all the clamps and see if it fits.

Perfect!
